It’s hard being a modern-day Londoner. With an almost unlimited choice of restaurants and bars to choose from, not to mention countless new venues opening every week, it’s a difficult job deciding where to go and what to eat. Fortunately, that’s where Taste of London comes in.
The London food festival, now in its 15th year, is the definitive showcase of the capital’s best dining options with scores of restaurants, chefs and leading brands participating.
This winter edition of the popular event will give visitors a chance to sample signature dishes from a plethora of the capital’s best restaurants including Barbecoa, Sagardi, Bao, Tom’s Kitchen and new for 2018 – Nonna Tonda and Rigo.
Chefs on the menu will include Chris Shaill from Barbecoa, Gonzalo Luzarraga from Rigo, Karan Gokani from Hoppers and Mikel Vinaspre from Sagardi.
However the centrepiece of November’s event will undoubtedly be the new Fire Pit Stage which will enable festival-goers to watch some smoking hot demonstrations of open flame cooking. Tom Brown of seasonal seafood destination Cornerstone, will be on hand to show off his prowess in this area, as will the likes of Josh Katz of Berber & Q and David Carter of Smokestak.
Other events worth looking out for at the festival include a champagne masterclass with Laurent-Perrier and The Diner’s Club VIP Lounge where visitors can indulge themselves with vintage champagne as well as a range of signature dishes from some of the show’s featured restaurants.
This year’s Taste of London Winter festival will take place between the 15th and the 18th of November 2018 at London’s Tobacco Docks.

Friday 16 November 11:00 – 16:30 & 18:00 – 22:30
Saturday 17 November 11:00 – 16:30 & 18:00 – 22:30
Sunday 18 November 12:00 – 17:00
