The new restaurant/hotel will be opening in elegant Portman Square, the location for ultra hip private members club Home House.

The new venue sees internationally renowned Japanese fusion chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa once again teaming up with Hollywood legend Robert De Niro as well as Meir Teper.

The  pair own several restaurants under the Nobu brand name with branches in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Dallas, Malibu, Miami Beach, San Diego, Waikiki, Melbourne, Perth, Hong Kong, Mexico City, Tokyo, Dubai, Manila as well as London.

The duo’s Knightsbridge restaurant is a particular favourite of A list celebrities with Hollywood superstars including the likes of Nicole Kidman, Rene Zellweger, George Clooney and Gwyneth Paltrow also declaring themselves fans of the legendary eaterie.

In the last few years, Nobu have branched out into hotels, quickly amassing an impressive list of venues.

The Portman Square project marks the company’s third collaboration with London + Regional Hotels. The company have already opened two hotels together, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and Nobu Restaurant Monte Carlo.

Nobu have created a new brand, Nobu Hospitality, to administer the company’s hotel business.
