David Carter’s indulgent barbecue lover’s haven has joined the government’s Eat Out To Help Out scheme and it has gone all in, too. The East London restaurant has come up with a “4For10” menu for the initiative, with diners invited to try four dishes for £20 (£10 with the discount applied). If that doesn’t sound like a fair deal then call me Friar Tuck!
Diners can choose a starter + bun [ meat ] + side + dessert all at the offer price with dishes including charred corn salsa, crispy pigtails, beef brisket, native breed pulled pork, chilli + fennel sausage and smoked pit beans. The dessert choices, meanwhile, include Malt soft serve, salted caramel gelato and mango sorbet.
