Cocktails, Spies & Murder is part of an ever growing line up of online games which offer armchair adventurers the chance to take part in activities and challenges.
Each one features a different combination of storytelling, immersion, codes and puzzles, with participants tasked with cracking codes and completing challenges.
Cocktails, Spies and Murders adds a further element to this mix with the addition of alcohol. “The Department of Secret Services requires your assistance on a top-secret mission that entails high-level espionage, an undercover mole, and a killer cocktail” says the synopsis for the game on the Fever website.
For those who choose to accept, tasks will include deciphering evidence and solving a series of ‘alcohol-themed puzzles’. They’d need to be quick, however, as the game only lasts for 90 minutes.
Cocktails, Spies and Murder can be played alone or with friends, with players given the option of going it alone or collaborating with their teammates.
Players must have access to a desktop computer or laptop, however. A mobile phone is also required in order to read QR codes.
Tickets for the event can be purchased on the Fever website with each ticket allowing one team to access the adventure.
An email confirmation give participants information on how to play the game as well as a link to the site.
There are no times tickets with Cocktails, Spies & Murder. The game can be played at any time following the receipt of the email comfirmation.
