As England inches ever closer to the end of lockdown, we’ve got another £50 Odeon Gift Card to win in our weekly competition, Win The City.
The nation has been cinema starved for the best part of a year, so what better way to mark the return of our favourite hobby than with a gift card from the UK’s largest and best known cinema chain.
The card can be used at any participating Odeon or ABC branded cinema in the UK including the Odeon IMAX at Waterloo and any of the Odeon Luxe cinemas. You can use the card to pay for cinema tickets or items from Odeon’s fantastic range of snacks and beverages.
The nation’s cinemas will reopen in the spring as part of the Conservative Party’s Roadmap out of lockdown. The reopening of cinemas is phase three of the plan, following the reopening of schools (8th March) and the reopening of non-essential shops and outdoor hospitality venues (12th April 2021).
The final phases of the roadmap will see cinemas reopen on the 17th of May 2021 and all restrictions on social distancing removed on the 21st of June 2021.
All of the above will depend on the rate of covid infections and deaths continuing their downward trend.
