Cin Cin Fitzrovia is the forthcoming third restaurant from acclaimed Brighton based Italian restaurant chain Cin Cin restaurants. The company, which was founded by friends Jamie Halsall and David Toscano in 2016, has been a massive hit in Brighton, where the chain have won numerous awards including the coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand.
The title was awarded to the chain for their first restaurant in North Laine, Brighton. Their second restaurant, in Western Road, Brighton, proved equally successful, taking home an AA Rosette in early 2021.
The success of the two sites, along with the group’s phenomenally successful Cin Cin at Home range of dishes, has paved the way for the group to expand to London, with the Fitzrovia site expected to be the first of many in the capital.
The venue open on the 12th of April 2021 for outside dining (as per the government’s current regulations) with indoor dining expected to begin on the 17th of May 2021.
Co founder David Toscano said of the London opening: “The last 12 months for Cin Cin have been like no other. There were some really dark days for me where I thought I had lost my business and we’ve all faced challenges we had never imagined. But thankfully we’ve also found a depth of strength and cohesion we did not know we had within us.
“Throughout it all, our amazing customers have supported and sustained us here at Cin Cin in a way that we will always be thankful for. Because of that support, we have come back stronger than ever, and we have been reminded on a weekly basis why we love working in hospitality. So, as we prepare to welcome customers back to our restaurants in a few weeks’ time, we are very excited to finally announce that Cin Cin is coming to London!”
Cin Cin Fitzrovia will open on Foley Street at the end of April 2021. More information about the restaurant can be found here.
