No one can deny that the London street food scene has taken a bit of a battering in the last 12 months but the sector has been showing signs of life recently. LALALAND is the latest big opening set to grace the capital, with the Shoreditch venue taking over from the now defunct Dinerama in July this year.
A food market set around a central courtyard with tumbling waterfalls, living walls, fire pits and a ‘sparkling plunge pool’ – LALALAND will certainly tick all the boxes visually, however, its food offering remains a bit of a mystery, with the company behind the project keeping tight lipped about which street food venues will be available at launch.
regardless, LALALAND looks like being one of the most exciting food & drink launches of 2021.
