Summer’s here and what better way to enjoy it than by watching one of your favourite movies under the stars? Few things can compare to watching a really good film in a stunning outdoor location, and thanks to those wonderful folks at the Luna Cinema, you can do exactly that this August.
The company’s summer 2021 programme is better than ever, with 175 screenings in 50 droolworthy locations across the UK. And, fortunately for us Londoners, this year’s itinerary also includes a visit to West London’s historic Chiswick House.

The Luna Cinema will be in Chiswick for 4 days in late August (18th-21st) and the team have lined up a quite brilliant selection of movies, including such gems as Knives Out, Grease, The Greatest Showman & Romeo + Juliet.
The food and drink offering sounds just as tasty, with Luna teaming up with the Italian brewing group, Birra Moretti, for the event. The Luna Bar with Moretti will feature the usual selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with Moretti’s insanely good Italian beer topping the bill.

A wide range of hot foods will also be on offer, with a convenient “click and collect” service ensuring that there are no annoying queues! And if you fancy bringing your own food along – that’s ok, too – but do keep in mind that bringing your own alcohol to the event will not be permitted.
You won’t need to stop off to buy ice cream either as Dessert Kings Haagen-Dazs will be on hand with a top class but very indulgent selection of sweet treats.

Tickets for the events begin at £15.50 (including booking fee), however, if you really want to push the boat out – then why not upgrade to the Luna Cinema’s Ultimate VIP Experience? The package includes a luxury sofa with blankets, heaters, a sharing hamper, a bottle of bubbles and a mini cup of luxury ice cream Haagen-Dazs!
